Energy saving – Unicorn microporous insulation boards in ceramic tunnel and roller kilns

Based on specific microporous insulation knowhow, unicorn microporous insulation products have excellent thermal insulation performance and mechanical properties, its insulating performance is 3-5 times better than the traditional fiber insulation. In the ceramic industry the tunnel kiln or the roller kiln is an important component in the process of the production of rough or fine ceramics. Small losses of temperature inside the furnace or kiln are very important, in order to keep the operating cost low and to ensure high product quality.
